This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Promote Pfizer’s range of products to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Inform the healthcare community about the proper utilization of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences with Pfizer offerings and elevate the overall quality of patient care.
• Strengthen Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers.
• Connect insightful evaluations of accounts and business environments with a comprehensive understanding of Pfizer products and resources.
• Advocate a diverse portfolio of products.
• Utilize knowledge of disease states, therapeutic areas, products, customers, and markets.
• Generate demand for Pfizer products within designated accounts.
• Formulate detailed territory, account, and customer strategies to meet objectives.
• Sustain relationships across institutions.
• Navigate challenges to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and establish enduring connections with priority customers.
• Evaluate the needs of target physicians and accounts, addressing them with suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate within a matrix environment, leveraging various resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as necessary.
• Valid US driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales or a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) working with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven track record of success and achievements in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Exceptional ability to learn and effectively communicate technical and scientific product information and disease management concepts to a varied audience.
• Demonstrated high level of business acumen.
• Proficiency in using complex digital applications and adaptability to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• 3-5 years of experience in Oncology sales.
• Experience in the Hematology Therapeutic Area.
• Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this role, now or in the future.
• This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
