This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.
• Promote Pfizer’s range of products to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Educate healthcare community members about the proper use of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences with Pfizer products and improve overall patient care quality.
• Strengthen Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target clients.
• Connect insightful evaluations of account and business landscapes with a strong grasp of Pfizer products and resources.
• Advocate for a diverse array of products.
• Utilize knowledge of disease states, therapeutic areas, and products.
• Stimulate demand for Pfizer products within assigned accounts.
• Formulate detailed territory, account, and customer plans to meet objectives.
• Sustain relationships across institutions.
• Navigate obstacles to access challenging healthcare providers and customers.
• Foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and establish enduring connections with top-priority clients.
• Evaluate the needs of target physicians and accounts, addressing them with responsive strategies, targeted skills, and suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate in a matrix environment and utilize various resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• Cover a territory that includes, but is not limited to, Eastern Washington, Spokane, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight when necessary.
• A valid US driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citations within the past 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience OR a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) working with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven track record of success and achievement in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Exceptional learning aptitude and ability to convey technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse range of customers.
• Demonstrated high level of business acumen.
• Proficiency in using complex digital applications and the ability to adapt to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• 3–5 years of Oncology sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in the Hematology Therapeutic Area (preferred).
• Master’s Degree (preferred).
• Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree (preferred).
• Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders (preferred).
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
