This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Advocate for Pfizer’s product range to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Inform members of the healthcare community about the proper utilization of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized clients to enhance patient experiences and improve the overall quality of care.
• Strengthen Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers.
• Integrate insightful evaluations of account dynamics and business environments with a thorough understanding of Pfizer products and resources.
• Promote a diverse array of products.
• Drive demand for Pfizer products within designated accounts.
• Formulate detailed territory, account, and customer strategies to meet objectives.
• Sustain relationships across institutions.
• Navigate challenges to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and clients.
• Foster relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and establish enduring connections with priority customers.
• Evaluate the needs of target physicians and accounts, addressing them with suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and support clients throughout the sales process.
• Operate within a matrix environment and utilize multiple resources to satisfy customer needs and achieve results.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution or an associate’s degree with over 8 years of experience; alternatively, a high school diploma (or equivalent) with over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will result in disqualification from hiring.
• Minimum of 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or at least 4 years of Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience working with key Oncology thought leaders or influential clients in hospitals, large practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven track record of success and achievements in previous Pharmaceutical Sales roles or Healthcare Professional (HCP) positions.
• Outstanding ability to learn and communicate technical and scientific product information and disease management concepts to a diverse audience.
• High level of business acumen demonstrated.
• Proficiency in utilizing complex digital applications and capacity to adapt to Pfizer’s long-term technology framework.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. with any employer.
• This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
