This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Promote Pfizer’s product range to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Educate healthcare community members on the appropriate utilization of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance the patient experience with Pfizer products and improve overall patient care quality.
• Strengthen Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers.
• Evaluate account and business environments.
• Connect account evaluations with a thorough understanding of Pfizer products and resources.
• Advocate for a diverse product portfolio.
• Drive demand for Pfizer products within assigned accounts.
• Formulate detailed territory, account, and customer strategies.
• Sustain relationships across institutions.
• Navigate obstacles to access challenging healthcare providers and customers.
• Foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and establish enduring connections with priority customers.
• Evaluate the needs of target physicians and accounts, addressing these needs through responsive strategies, targeted expertise, and suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate within a matrix environment and utilize multiple resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution, or an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving violation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or a minimum of 4 years working as an Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) with key Oncology thought leaders or high-influence customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven track record of success and achievements in previous Pharmaceutical Sales roles or Healthcare Professional (HCP) positions.
• Exceptional ability to learn and communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse customer base.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and capable of adapting to Pfizer’s long-term technology strategy.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
