This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Promote the product portfolio of Pfizer to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Inform members of the healthcare community about the proper utilization of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences with Pfizer products and improve overall patient care quality.
• Strengthen Pfizer's brand presence among high-value target customers.
• Evaluate account and business environments and link insights with knowledge of Pfizer products and resources.
• Advocate for a wide range of products.
• Create demand for Pfizer products within assigned accounts.
• Formulate comprehensive plans for territories, accounts, and customers.
• Maintain ongoing relationships within institutions.
• Access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and establish long-term connections with priority customers.
• Identify needs of target physicians and accounts and respond effectively with appropriate resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate in a matrix environment, utilizing multiple resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Possession of a valid US driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will result in disqualification from being hired.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or a minimum of 4 years of Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience working with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven track record of success and achievements in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Exceptional ability to learn and effectively communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse range of customers.
• Demonstrated high level of business acumen.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and capable of adapting to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not currently available for this role, nor will it be in the future.
• This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
