This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Advocate for Pfizer’s product range to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Inform members of the healthcare community about the proper use of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences with Pfizer products and improve overall patient care quality.
• Elevate Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers.
• Connect insightful evaluations of accounts and business environments with a thorough understanding of Pfizer products and resources.
• Promote a diverse array of products.
• Drive demand for Pfizer products within designated accounts.
• Create detailed territory, account, and customer strategies to meet objectives.
• Foster relationships across institutions.
• Navigate challenges to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and maintain connections with priority customers.
• Evaluate the needs of targeted physicians and accounts, addressing them with tailored approaches, specialized skills, and the right resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate in a matrix environment, utilizing multiple resources to satisfy customer needs and achieve results.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory, including Oregon.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution or an associate’s degree combined with 8+ years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of pertinent experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid US driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citations within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• A minimum of 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or at least 4 years of experience as an Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) working with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven track record of success and achievements in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or HCP roles.
• Strong aptitude for learning and the ability to convey technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse customer base.
• High level of business acumen demonstrated.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and adaptable to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• 3-5 years of experience in Oncology sales preferred.
• Experience in the Genitourinary Therapeutic Area preferred.
• Familiarity with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders is preferred.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• The position requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
