This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Advocate for Pfizer’s product offerings to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Inform members of the healthcare community about the proper utilization of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences with Pfizer products and improve the overall quality of patient care.
• Elevate Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers by evaluating account and business landscapes and utilizing knowledge of Pfizer's products and resources.
• Promote a diverse range of products.
• Drive demand for Pfizer products within designated accounts.
• Create detailed territory, account, and customer strategies to meet objectives.
• Foster relationships across institutions.
• Navigate access challenges to reach hard-to-see healthcare providers and clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and establish enduring connections with priority customers.
• Evaluate the needs of target physicians and accounts, addressing them with suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate in a matrix environment and utilize various resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• Territory encompasses, but is not limited to, Raleigh Durham.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that adheres to company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or 4 years of previous Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience working with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Oncology Sales experience is required.
• Proven history of success and achievement in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Exceptional ability to learn and effectively communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information to diverse customers.
• High degree of business acumen demonstrated.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and capable of adapting to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• 3–5 years of Oncology sales experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in the Genitourinary Therapeutic Area.
• Established relationships with Key Oncology leaders at Duke and UNC Medical Centers.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree is preferred.
• Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not currently available and will not be in the future.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
