This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Promote Pfizer’s range of products to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Educate members of the healthcare community on the proper use of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experience and improve the quality of care.
• Elevate Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers by analyzing account and business landscapes.
• Connect insights from accounts with a deep understanding of Pfizer products and resources.
• Advocate for a diverse product portfolio.
• Generate demand for Pfizer offerings within designated accounts.
• Create thorough territory, account, and customer plans.
• Foster relationships across institutions.
• Secure access to challenging healthcare providers and customers.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and priority customers.
• Evaluate the needs of target physicians and accounts and address them with suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Utilize multiple resources within a matrix environment to meet customer needs and achieve results.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution, or an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• At least 4 years of prior experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, or a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) working with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers.
• Proven track record of success and achievement in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Exceptional ability to learn and effectively communicate technical and scientific product information and disease management concepts.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and capable of adapting to Pfizer’s long-range technology model.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not currently available and will not be in the future.
