This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Advocate for Pfizer’s product offerings to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Educate healthcare community members on the proper utilization of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences with Pfizer products and the overall quality of care.
• Strengthen Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers.
• Connect insightful evaluations of accounts and/or business environments with a solid understanding of Pfizer products and resources.
• Promote a diverse array of products.
• Stimulate demand for Pfizer products in designated accounts.
• Formulate detailed territory, account, and customer strategies to meet objectives.
• Sustain relationships across institutions.
• Navigate challenges to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Foster relationships with key opinion leaders and develop enduring ties with priority customers.
• Evaluate the needs of target physicians and accounts, addressing them with suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate within a matrix environment, leveraging various resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• Travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as necessary.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or a minimum of 4 years of previous Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience working with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven history of success and achievement in previous Pharmaceutical Sales roles or Healthcare Professional (HCP) positions.
• Exceptional ability to learn and communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse array of customers.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and capable of adapting to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of Oncology sales experience.
• Preferred: Experience in the Genitourinary Therapeutic Area.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree.
• Preferred: Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree.
• Preferred: Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future.
• This role requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
