This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Promote Pfizer’s product offerings to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Educate healthcare community members on the proper use of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences with Pfizer products and improve overall patient care quality.
• Strengthen Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target clients.
• Evaluate account and business landscapes, linking insights with an understanding of Pfizer products and resources.
• Advocate for a wide range of products.
• Drive demand for Pfizer products within assigned accounts.
• Create detailed territory, account, and customer strategies to meet objectives.
• Maintain relationships across institutions.
• Navigate challenges to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and establish enduring connections with priority clients.
• Identify the needs of target physicians and accounts, addressing them with tailored approaches, skills, and resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate in a matrix environment, leveraging various resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citations within the last 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) working with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven track record of success and achievements in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Exceptional ability to learn and communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse customer base.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and adaptable to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• 3-5 years of experience in Oncology sales (preferred).
• Familiarity with Breast Cancer Therapeutic Areas (preferred).
• Master’s Degree (preferred).
• Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree (preferred).
• Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders (preferred).
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future.
• This role requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
