This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Advocate for Pfizer’s product lineup to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Inform members of the healthcare community about the correct usage of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance the patient experience with Pfizer products and improve overall patient care quality.
• Strengthen Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers.
• Connect insightful evaluations of accounts and business environments with knowledge of Pfizer products and resources.
• Promote a diverse range of products.
• Generate demand for Pfizer offerings within designated accounts.
• Create thorough territory, account, and customer strategies to meet objectives.
• Foster relationships across institutions.
• Navigate challenges to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and develop lasting connections with priority customers.
• Identify the needs of targeted physicians and accounts, providing appropriate resources to address them.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate in a matrix environment, utilizing various resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree coupled with 8+ years of experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as needed.
• Possession of a valid US driver’s license with a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify candidates from consideration.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or a minimum of 4 years of Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience interacting with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven history of success and achievement in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Exceptional ability to learn and convey technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse audience.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and capable of adapting to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• 3–5 years of preferred experience in Oncology sales.
• Preferred experience in Breast Cancer Therapeutic Areas.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree is preferred.
• Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders is preferred.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is currently unavailable for this role.
• This position necessitates permanent work authorization in the United States.
