This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee, monitor, and update OnBase configurations
• Develop, maintain, and resolve issues related to OnBase integrations
• Address troubleshooting challenges within the OnBase environment
• Examine Event Viewer logs to identify and characterize incidents
• Produce incident reports and investigate any suspicious activities
• Conduct system analysis and design, build, and test infrastructure
• Recognize opportunities to enhance efficiency and minimize waste
• Create and sustain process documentation
• Engage in meetings, strategy discussions, and collaborative work groups
• Assess configuration change proposals for adherence to established standards and policies
• Offer guidance, assistance, training, and documentation for process solutions
• Prioritize tasks and set goals and objectives
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in OnBase Engineering
• Proven experience in maintaining, monitoring, and updating OnBase configurations
• Skilled in creating and supporting OnBase integrations
• Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and system analysis
• Experience in infrastructure design, construction, and testing
• Ability to analyze incidents and probe suspicious activities
• Competence in producing technical/process documentation
• Candidates must reside locally in Arizona/Phoenix
• Global ID facial Biomatrix is mandatory
• Background check through HireRight is required
• U.S. work authorization is a prerequisite
• Preference for server/on-premises experience
• Customer-facing or customer service experience is preferred
• Experience in government or state positions is preferred
• Full-time employment opportunity
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
