Enterprise Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Ironclad's architecture, workflows, and contract lifecycle management, including integration with both upstream and downstream systems.

• Create and maintain system integrations utilizing Workato and APIs.

• Design automation solutions that minimize manual intake and fulfillment tasks across Legal platforms.

• Support and enhance Evisort, Brightflag, and DocuSign, with an emphasis on workflows, integrations, and operational stability.

• Conduct data migrations, backfills, reconciliations, and ensure ongoing data cleanliness.

• Manage platform access and credentials, which includes service account and token lifecycle management, access controls, and operational documentation.

• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Engineering teams to achieve cross-functional results and safely implement production changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in administering and evolving Ironclad and/or DocuSign, or similar CLM and eSignature platforms within a production setting.

• Experience in designing complex templates, workflows, and permissions.

• Practical experience in building integrations using Workato or comparable iPaaS tools.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication flows, and structured data payloads.

• Capability to troubleshoot integration failures and rectify data inconsistencies across systems.

• Experience in data migrations, bulk data loads, and reconciliations.

• Proven track record of maintaining data integrity at scale.

• Ability to manage a platform comprehensively and operate independently without detailed specifications.

• Skill in translating technical information into clear directives for Legal and business stakeholders.

• Responsible use of generative AI tools and copilots, such as LibreChat, Gemini, or Glean.

• Implementation of human-in-the-loop practices for producing business-ready outputs and achieving measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
