Senior Node.js Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design and develop high-performance backend services and APIs tailored for enterprise-grade SaaS applications.

• Create scalable and secure Node.js microservices along with integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Construct modern front-end user experiences utilizing Vue.js and TypeScript.

• Develop tooling for CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and infrastructure to enhance developer productivity.

• Implement architectures for real-time data processing and event-driven systems to manage sensitive enterprise data.

• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership, product managers, and the CEO.

• Take ownership of key architectural components and deliver production code that serves enterprise clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional Node.js development experience in production settings.

• In-depth expertise in asynchronous programming, event loops, streams, and the Node.js runtime environment.

• Extensive experience with TypeScript in production-level codebases.

• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and best practices in enterprise API security.

• Demonstrated experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including query optimization and data modeling.

• Proficient in Git workflows, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipeline practices.

• Solid grasp of Docker, cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and principles of infrastructure-as-code.

• Commitment to a long-term full-time role.

• Preferred experience in Salesforce development, Salesforce ISV products, Vue.js, enterprise B2B SaaS, compliance frameworks, and DevOps/DevSecOps.
