Senior Node.js Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop high-performance backend services and APIs that drive enterprise-grade SaaS applications.

• Create scalable and secure Node.js microservices and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Design modern front-end experiences utilizing Vue.js and TypeScript.

• Establish CI/CD pipeline tools, automation frameworks, and infrastructure that enhance developer productivity.

• Execute real-time data processing and event-driven architectures to manage sensitive enterprise data at scale.

• Take ownership of significant architectural components and deploy production code.

• Collaborate directly with engineering leadership, product managers, and the CEO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional Node.js development experience in production settings.

• Proficient understanding of asynchronous programming, event loops, streams, and the Node.js runtime environment.

• Extensive experience with TypeScript in production codebases.

• Strong grasp of RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and best practices for API security.

• Demonstrated experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including query optimization, data modeling, and database performance at scale.

• Skilled in Git workflows, code review methodologies, automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, as well as CI/CD pipelines.

• Comprehensive understanding of Docker, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), and infrastructure-as-code principles.

• Preferred experience in Salesforce development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, or Salesforce API integrations.

• Experience in building or contributing to Salesforce ISV (AppExchange) products is preferred.

• Familiarity with Vue.js front-end development, especially Vue 3 Composition API and state management, is preferred.

• Previous experience in B2B SaaS companies catering to enterprise clients with strict compliance demands is preferred.

• Knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps toolchains and practices within the Salesforce ecosystem is preferred.

• A commitment to a long-term full-time engagement; short-term contractors are not being considered.
