Senior Node.js Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop high-performance backend services and APIs that power enterprise-level SaaS applications.

• Create scalable and secure Node.js microservices and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Design modern front-end experiences utilizing Vue.js and TypeScript.

• Construct CI/CD pipeline tools, automation frameworks, and infrastructure to enhance developer productivity.

• Implement real-time data processing and event-driven architectures that manage sensitive enterprise data at scale.

• Take ownership of significant architectural components and deploy production code.

• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership, product managers, and the CEO.

• Manage systems comprehensively and contribute during the company’s rapid growth phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Node.js development within production settings.

• Advanced expertise in asynchronous programming, event loops, streams, and the Node.js runtime.

• Extensive experience with TypeScript in production codebases.

• Strong proficiency in RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and best practices for enterprise API security.

• Demonstrated experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including query optimization, data modeling, and database performance at scale.

• Familiarity with Git workflows, code review practices, and automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, as well as CI/CD pipelines.

• Comprehensive understanding of Docker, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), and infrastructure-as-code principles.

• Preferred experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, or Salesforce API integrations.

• Experience in building or contributing to Salesforce ISV (AppExchange) products is preferred.

• Familiarity with Vue.js front-end development, particularly with Vue 3 Composition API and state management, is preferred.

• Experience in B2B SaaS companies serving enterprise customers with strict compliance requirements is preferred.

• Knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps toolchains and practices within the Salesforce ecosystem is preferred.
