Senior Node.js Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop robust backend services and APIs that drive enterprise-level SaaS applications.

• Create scalable and secure Node.js microservices and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Design contemporary front-end experiences utilizing Vue.js and TypeScript.

• Build CI/CD pipeline tools, automation frameworks, and infrastructure to enhance developer productivity.

• Implement real-time data processing and event-driven architectures that manage sensitive enterprise data at scale.

• Collaborate closely with engineering leaders, product managers, and the CEO.

• Take ownership of critical components of the architecture and deliver production code utilized by enterprise clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional Node.js development experience in production settings.

• In-depth knowledge of asynchronous programming, event loops, streams, and the Node.js runtime.

• Extensive experience with TypeScript in production codebases.

• Strong expertise in RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API security best practices.

• Proven experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including query optimization, data modeling, and understanding the performance implications of schema choices at scale.

• Proficient in Git workflows, code review practices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Solid grasp of Docker, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), and principles of infrastructure-as-code.

• Salesforce development experience using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, or Salesforce API integrations is highly preferred.

• Experience in building or contributing to Salesforce ISV (AppExchange) products is highly desirable.

• Vue.js front-end development experience, especially with Vue 3 Composition API and state management, is highly preferred.

• Background working in B2B SaaS firms catering to enterprise customers with stringent compliance needs is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps toolchains and practices within the Salesforce ecosystem is highly preferred.

• Seeking long-term commitment; short-term contractors will not be considered.
