Senior .NetCore Engineer, ReactJS, Claude AI

📋 Description

• Take ownership of significant technical projects from conception to execution.

• Make informed architectural choices and upgrade legacy systems.

• Address intricate business challenges from start to finish.

• Design, enhance, and maintain scalable service-oriented or distributed systems.

• Create or oversee high-volume batch processing and background job systems.

• Handle extensive datasets related to eligibility, claims, and remittance files.

• Convert regulated insurance and payment processes into scalable technical solutions.

• Collaborate with Product and subject matter experts to tackle unclear issues.

• Guide fellow engineers and elevate the team's technical standards.

• Factor in long-term business and technical ROI when developing solutions.

• Operate within the Microsoft ecosystem, including .NET Core/.NET Framework and SQL Server.

• Craft modern front-end solutions utilizing React and Angular.

• Function in AWS environments employing CI/CD methodologies.

• Utilize AI-enhanced development tools to boost development speed and software quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in software development.

• At least 8 years of experience working with .NET Framework.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with React.js.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Strong background in .NET Core/.NET Framework.

• Proficiency in React and Angular.

• Experience with SQL Server and query optimization.

• Background in high-volume batch processing and background jobs.

• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

• Knowledge of service-oriented and distributed architectures.

• Experience with AWS Cloud Services and CI/CD practices.

• Aptitude for managing complex data workflows and integrations.

• Proven experience in designing scalable systems.

• Background in working within AWS environments.

• Preferred experience in insurance, healthcare technology, fintech, insurance technology, or regulated B2B SaaS sectors.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, or Texas.

• Willingness to travel on a monthly basis is required.

• Experience with Terraform, GraphQL, Elasticsearch, event-driven architectures, and monitoring/APM tools is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar is advantageous.

• Experience with agentic workflows or AI-driven testing is a bonus.
