Senior .Net Engineer – C# / IoT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design and implement or transition features within the new technology stack utilizing C#, .NET MVC, REST APIs, and microservices based on message brokers.

• Collaborate with team leads to establish the direction for product development.

• Work closely with fellow developers within an Agile Scrum team framework.

• Partner with engineers to create code that models, analyzes, and enhances production equipment performance.

• Implement and utilize libraries for communication with and control of oilfield equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

• Four (4) or more years of professional experience, including a minimum of three (3) years in developing .NET applications.

• Experience in developing and maintaining features within layered architectures (e.g., MVP, MVC, MVVM).

• Proficiency in relational database development using SQL Server or similar technologies.

• Familiarity with team-oriented software practices and processes, including Agile Scrum, Pull Requests, and Source Control.

• Strong proficiency in writing code in C#.

• Experience with Docker containerization.

• Knowledge of IoT protocols and frameworks such as MQTT and AMQP.

• Experience with message queue systems like RabbitMQ and ActiveMQ.

• Practical experience with RDBMS systems such as SQL Server and Oracle.

• Hands-on experience in DevOps practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Eagerness and motivation to learn new domains, skills, and technologies.
