This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create features and resolve bugs within contemporary .NET technologies and applications.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to software developers, engineers, and interns.
• Design and develop next-generation software for telecommunications applications.
• Engage in ongoing software maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, software architects, and engineers to ensure technical accuracy and successful project delivery.
• Take part in every stage of the software development lifecycle.
• Work as a member of a globally distributed team on support and implementation efforts.
• Collaborate with Product Management for training, product presentations, and the deployment of new installations, both internally and externally.
• Exemplify leadership in AI-assisted development using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster the adoption of AI-augmented development practices.
• 7–12 years of experience in .NET development with an emphasis on web technologies.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core versions 6.0/7.0/8.0, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, C#, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Blazor Server or WebAssembly for creating interactive web user interfaces, including component modeling, data binding, and .NET backend integration.
• Understanding of design patterns.
• Proficient in SQL Server development, covering table/schema definitions, views, stored procedures, functions, and Transact-SQL optimization.
• At least five years of experience in engineering or architecting software solutions.
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles and application lifecycle management.
• Experience in object-oriented programming with C# or other .NET languages.
• Knowledge of source code management, build processes, and deployment practices.
• Proficient with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps for tracking work items, source control, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Daily active use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot within core development workflows.
• Experience with WCF, REST, or SOAP-based services and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule, particularly for night shifts.
• Must provide personal computing device.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field is preferred; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Consideration will be given to equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Knowledge of BSS/OSS systems and management of telecommunications facilities is advantageous.
• Familiarity with DevExpress Controls.
• Experience or understanding of Test Driven Development methodologies.
• Experience with object-relational mapping using NHibernate or Entity Framework.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as MBUnit, NUnit, or xUnit.
• Knowledge of service bus and messaging technologies, including NServiceBus, MSMQ, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Lean development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for sprint planning, work item management, and pipeline configuration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
