Senior .NET Developer, Fintech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain backend services for payment processing and back office operations, which include reconciliation, payouts, fee calculations, settlements, and the B2B client dashboard.

• Create robust integrations and asynchronous workflows utilizing idempotency, outbox/inbox patterns, sagas, retries, and deduplication techniques.

• Achieve performance and reliability objectives, including p95/p99 latency and SLA/SLO commitments.

• Establish monitoring and alerting systems.

• Execute tasks with AI agents, validate the generated code, incorporate tests, and rectify defects.

• Conduct code reviews.

• Maintain up-to-date specifications.

• Disseminate knowledge among the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience with C# and ASP.NET Core.

• Proficiency in designing microservices.

• Practical experience with Azure, Docker, AKS, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, and Cosmos DB.

• Proven experience in utilizing AI tools or agents to deliver tasks from definition to completion.

• Ability to understand every line of code delivered and articulate its function.

• Commitment to producing clean, maintainable code complete with tests.

• Take ownership of outcomes and maintain open communication when issues arise.

• Nice to have: experience in payments or banking.

• Nice to have: familiarity with specification-driven development.

• Nice to have: experience in product development or startup environments.

• Nice to have: experience in mentoring or providing technical leadership.
