Senior .NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the development team from a technical standpoint across multiple projects.

• Act as a technical expert in .NET, Node.js, React, Oracle, SQL Server, and Kubernetes.

• Facilitate code reviews and mentoring sessions to enhance the technical capabilities of the team.

• Establish architecture standards, best practices, and strategies for deployment.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies, such as planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Work in conjunction with Product, QA, and Infrastructure teams to ensure value-driven outcomes.

• Assist in the technical prioritization and effort estimation of requirements.

• Guarantee the quality, scalability, and performance of the developed solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in .NET (C#) and/or Node.js development.

• Advanced skills in React.js for developing front-end applications.

• Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly Oracle and SQL Server.

• Practical experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies.

• Proficient in using version control tools (Git) and continuous integration practices.

• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

• Capability to identify bottlenecks and suggest scalable solutions.

• Extensive background in providing technical leadership to development teams.
