This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +17 more states.
• Take ownership of the entire enterprise sales cycle for key accounts, from initial discussions to technical evaluations leading to signed partnerships.
• Develop a focused pipeline of enterprise-level insurance agencies and significant non-insurance organizations.
• Position Branch’s technology as the foundational platform for enterprises to enhance their insurance growth.
• Navigate intricate buying processes involving multiple stakeholders across technology, operations, product, and executive teams.
• Construct the business case and achieve consensus necessary for closing deals.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define integrations, address technical requirements, and convert partner needs into product insights.
• Manage and cultivate existing partnerships after launch.
• Promote platform adoption, increase usage, and expand production through a land-and-expand strategy.
• Structure and negotiate both commercial and technical terms of deals.
• Facilitate agreements through legal and compliance processes until signatures are obtained.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert in enterprise/platform sales.
• Lead the enterprise methodology that guides other sales professionals and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
• Work in tandem with account management, implementation, and customer success teams for technical onboarding and go-live processes.
• Keep an accurate and up-to-date pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot.
• Minimum of 8 years in enterprise or complex B2B sales.
• At least 3 years of experience selling to organizations with intricate, technical buying committees.
• Proven history of closing technology/platform partnerships with large corporate entities that have significantly scaled post-close.
• Experience in a startup or early-stage environment where offerings were still evolving.
• Background in founding, consultative, or solution-design roles is highly valued.
• Experience managing technical, product-focused sales cycles.
• Ability to clearly articulate platform capabilities and coordinate technical evaluations and integrations.
• Skilled in building ROI-driven business cases for enterprise stakeholders.
• Capability to gain a comprehensive understanding of Branch’s proprietary technology and platform value proposition.
• Recognized expertise in enterprise/platform sales strategy and execution.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and executive audiences.
• Proven success in meeting quotas and production targets for complex, long-cycle enterprise deals.
• Ability to manage multiple large, multi-stage enterprise deals simultaneously.
• Proficient negotiator on both commercial and technical contract terms.
• Willingness to travel regularly, approximately 30–50% of the time.
• Full autonomy and proactive communication regarding account strategies and prioritization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency in CRMs and standard productivity tools.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Branch is unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment visa.
