This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Design and sustain scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions utilizing Salesforce Core Clouds, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.

• Create and uphold solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types.

• Develop automation through Flows, declarative tools, API integrations, and Mulesoft.

• Engage in code reviews, Salesforce Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines using Copado and Gearset.

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices and security protocols.

• Improve Sales Cloud capabilities, encompassing lead/opportunity lifecycle management and tailored quote flows.

• Assist with Service Cloud functionalities, including Case Management and Omni-Channel Routing.

• Customize Experience Cloud portals with Lightning components and personalized user experiences.

• Collaborate within Agile delivery teams and support client interactions.

• Contribute to shaping business outcomes through CRM and platform automation.

• Extensive knowledge across Salesforce Core Clouds: Sales, Service, and Experience.

• Proficient in Apex, LWC, and SOQL.

• Experience with automation tools and API integrations.

• Strong grasp of Salesforce development best practices and security measures.

• Advanced proficiency in English communication.

• Familiarity with Data Cloud and Agentforce is a plus.

• Experience with CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and Service Console enhancements is advantageous.
