This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create and animate motion graphics for brand campaigns, product launches, social media, CRM, and in-product promotions

• Develop 2D and 3D assets and scenes for game launches and brand initiatives across various campaigns

• Manage a reusable library of 3D and motion assets, including templates and rigs for team utilization

• Enhance and implement Casino's motion principles in collaboration with the design team

• Storyboard and present motion concepts early in the process, shaping ideas throughout development

• Edit, color grade, and finalize videos, including channel-specific adaptations and cutdowns

• Provide art direction or partner with external motion and 3D collaborators

• Ensure that disclaimers and responsible gaming messages are clearly legible, properly timed, and displayed for a sufficient duration

• Work closely with internal creative and brand teams to produce polished animated assets for both campaign and organic outputs

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in motion design and 3D

• A reel showcasing convincing motion design and 3D abilities

• Proficient in After Effects

• Proficient in Cinema 4D

• Strong design principles in typography, composition, and color

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

• Comfortable working within a design system

• Capable of managing multiple deliverables and meeting rendering deadlines simultaneously

• Good judgment regarding the utilization of AI video and image tools

• Experience in sound design or audio finishing is a plus

• Experience animating app or game user interfaces is a plus
