Lead Motion 3D Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead the creation of motion graphics and 3D elements for brand campaigns, product launches, social media, CRM, and in-product promotions.

• Develop 2D and 3D assets and scenes for game launches, as well as product and brand experiences.

• Manage and expand a reusable library of 3D and motion assets, including templates and rigs.

• Take ownership of Casino's motion design principles and uphold quality standards.

• Oversee the performance of motion and design outputs.

• Guide, mentor, and review the motion work produced by the team.

• Collaborate with freelance, studio, or agency partners for motion and 3D projects by providing art direction.

• Create storyboards and present motion concepts effectively.

• Edit, grade, and finalize videos, ensuring channel-specific versions and cutdowns are completed.

• Present motion works to senior leadership for feedback and approval.

• Ensure that disclaimers and responsible gaming messages are clearly legible, properly timed, and displayed long enough for readability.

• Collaborate with internal creative and brand teams within the first 90 days to produce polished animated assets and define the scalability of motion and 3D.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in motion graphics, design, and 3D, including at least 2 years in a leadership role within a motion function.

• Proven experience in managing a small team effectively.

• Deep understanding of performance-driven creative and the associated metrics.

• A reel showcasing motion and 3D work, including the underlying systems and templates.

• Advanced skills in editing, After Effects, and Cinema 4D.

• Strong foundational skills in design principles such as typography, composition, and color theory.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in Figma.

• Comfortable working within a design system.

• Ability to handle multiple deliverables and meet rendering deadlines simultaneously.

• Sound judgment on the effective use of AI video and image tools.
