Motion Designer – Nonprofit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics that effectively convey an image, message, and elicit a response.

• Transform high-level ideas and strategies into completed motion projects.

• Navigate and adhere to various client brand style guidelines simultaneously, ensuring each brand remains accurate and distinctive.

• Provide art direction when necessary, steering the visual direction for a project or campaign.

• Proactively contribute innovative ideas to enhance client projects.

• Organize and prioritize a significant number of simultaneous projects while meeting tight deadlines.

• Adapt quickly to unfamiliar challenges and troubleshoot effectively when issues arise.

• Utilize resources effectively to produce high-quality work within stringent timelines.

• Accept constructive feedback and revise work efficiently and effectively.

• Deliver motion graphics on time, aligned with brand standards, and prepared for client review with minimal revisions.

• Inspire audiences to take action and elevate the creative standards across all accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial agency setting.

• Proficient in After Effects.

• Ability to produce high-quality work rapidly and efficiently.

• Possess a digital-native mindset with a strong enthusiasm for solving design challenges.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Ability to receive and respond to constructive criticism positively.

• Preferred experience with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition, and Premiere.

• Prior experience in art directing projects is a plus.

• Familiarity with nonprofit or cause marketing creative is preferred.
