Senior Monetization Specialist, Android Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain scalable native Android advertising architectures utilizing Kotlin / Java.

• Implement Interstitials, App Open Ads, Rewarded Videos, and Native/Banner formats.

• Oversee, configure, and enhance mediation stacks, focusing particularly on AppLovin MAX and Google AdMob.

• Design caching, pre-fetching, and asynchronous loading processes to minimize latency, avert ad drops, and boost show rates.

• Execute code-level triggers, contextual engagement indicators, and dynamic refresh logic to foster competition among programmatic bidders.

• Integrate, test, and manage third-party ad network SDKs, custom mediation adapters, and bidding partners.

• Monitor metrics such as eCPM, ARPDAU, latency, and impression depth.

• Diagnose fill-rate declines and mediation issues.

• Ensure adherence to Google Play developer policies, AdMob/AppLovin quality standards, CMP/Consent frameworks, and rules for preventing invalid traffic.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Native Android development using Kotlin / Java in utility applications.

• More than 5 years of specialized technical experience with mobile ad networks and mediation platforms, specifically AppLovin MAX and Google AdMob.

• A proven history of constructing and managing monetization layers in high-scale utility or casual Android applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of programmatic in-app bidding, waterfall configurations, floor pricing, and real-time auction mechanics.

• Strong grasp of the utility app lifecycle, including user flows, retention patterns, and optimal ad placement timing for conversions.

• Capability to link code architecture directly to ad revenue performance and unit economics.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
