Senior Mobile Developer – Flutter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain cross-platform mobile applications utilizing Flutter.

• Work in collaboration with designers, frontend and backend developers, and stakeholders to implement features and improve application functionality.

• Enhance applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to best practices.

• Diagnose, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

• Engage in code reviews and contribute to the sharing of team knowledge.

• Keep abreast of Flutter trends, tools, and best practices.

• Develop customer care applications for a British insurance company’s cybersecurity initiative.

• Create features for assessing customers’ infrastructure security, alerting users about incidents and risks, and offering FAQs and virtual assistant support.

• Customize application color schemes, fonts, and content through supplementary tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Mobile App Developer with a specialization in Flutter.

• Strong comprehension of the Dart programming language.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.

• Experience using version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Understanding of contemporary app architecture.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience with Scrum methodology.

• Background in fintech applications is advantageous.

• Experience with native bridges for both iOS and Android using Swift and Kotlin.

• Familiarity with state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.

• Capability to break down complex technical requirements into manageable tasks and identify details that can be addressed at a later time.
