Senior Mission Assurance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the Insider Risk Program while acting as a subject matter expert.

• Conduct insider risk analysis, develop analytical products, assess supply risks, and triage potential insider threat activities.

• Incorporate technical, intelligence, and human factors into insider risk analysis in line with customer guidelines.

• Review, correlate, and analyze OSINT, CYBINT, and proprietary commercial intelligence.

• Assess foreign intelligence or criminal capabilities, tactics, techniques, and procedures that target U.S. Critical Infrastructure.

• Provide analytical assistance for Insider Risk investigations, operations, damage assessments, and intelligence inquiries.

• Identify leads and anomalies in data.

• Collaborate with insider risk analysts and offer technical expertise.

• Integrate User Activity Monitoring and User Behavior Analysis into processes.

• Conduct retrospective analyses of travel disclosures and technical and behavioral indicators.

• Perform risk assessments for third-party organizations and vendors.

• Generate vulnerability reports for senior leadership.

• Execute cyber due diligence, covering technology stacks, domains, DNS, WHOIS, IP addresses, cyber supply chains, ransomware vulnerability, financial impacts, compromised credentials, and high-risk assets.

• Write intelligence reports, formal analytic products, FOCI threat advisories, and strategic assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience.

• Prior experience as a counterintelligence or intelligence analyst within an insider threat program.

• Experience in a federal or cleared environment, familiar with NITTF-aligned, Counterintelligence, or FBI Insider Threat standards.

• Background in supporting and leading analyses for federal law enforcement, the intelligence community, or national security missions focused on Critical Infrastructure.

• Completion of accredited CI foundational training, such as CISAC, technically trained agent training, CIASAC, or equivalent service/agency education.

• Certification as a Counter-Insider Threat Professional (CCITP) is preferred.

• Desired Top Secret clearance.

• Public Trust clearance level required.
