This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Oversee the configuration and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules.
• Configure and assist with advanced SCM functionalities including Master Planning, Asset Management, Transportation Management, and Quality Management.
• Collect and evaluate business requirements, converting them into functional requirements, solution designs, and system configurations.
• Create functional design documentation for customizations, integrations, reports, and system enhancements.
• Provide guidance to clients on improving supply chain processes, optimizing inventory, planning demand, enhancing procurement, and increasing warehouse efficiencies.
• Execute system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams on customizations, integrations, data migrations, and project execution.
• Facilitate client workshops, training sessions, and discussions with stakeholders.
• Offer support during go-live and post-production phases, ensuring successful user adoption.
• Mentor junior team members and impart knowledge related to D365 SCM implementations.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and foster practice growth.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Strong expertise in core D365 SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, and Warehouse Management.
• Experience with advanced SCM modules such as Master Planning, Production Control, Asset Management, Transportation Management, or Quality Management.
• Solid understanding of procurement, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics processes.
• Proficient in gathering requirements and producing functional design documentation.
• Experience in supporting system customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project delivery skills in a consulting context.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or other asset-driven sectors is preferred.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate is preferred.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps is preferred.
• Experience with system integrations, EDI, or advanced warehouse automation solutions is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%, based on client requirements.
