Senior Merchandizing Ops Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create tailored solutions that align with each client’s unique business requirements and circumstances.

• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that enhance business value.

• Articulate functional capabilities, industry best practices, and business processes effectively.

• Produce comprehensive functional documentation.

• Partner with Technical Architects to comprehend and fulfill data requirements.

• Facilitate business process discussions and convey design decisions across Merchandise Operations and other applications.

• Foster positive interactions with internal teams and serve as a primary contact for functional discussions.

• Oversee and address customer escalations proactively.

• Cultivate robust customer relationships and gain a deep understanding of processes, functions, and integrations.

• Promote customer stabilization, service delivery, and satisfaction.

• Offer end-to-end enterprise solution expertise throughout the supply chain suite.

• Lead Root Cause Analysis efforts to minimize ongoing and recurring incidents.

• Engage in organizational initiatives and global process enhancements.

• Support team members with process improvement and current situation assessments.

• Conduct functional analysis sessions and create business solutions.

• Provide functional assistance including requirements gathering, documentation, solution configuration, knowledge transfer, quality assurance/design review, operations consulting, troubleshooting, and system testing.

• Offer functional expertise on development projects.

• Resolve issues in collaboration with relevant parties.

• Communicate work status updates to Blue Yonder Management in a timely manner.

• Refine and clarify project functional requirements based on business needs.

• Analyze business and technical expectations and assist in estimating project timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field.

• At least 7 years of experience in implementing, designing, and testing Merchandise Operations solutions (or similar solutions).

• Extensive knowledge of merchandising software solutions and data models is REQUIRED.

• Familiarity with business processes within the Supply Chain Management field.

• Experience in understanding and integrating data across various Supply Chain and Merchandising applications.

• Exceptional computer skills with comprehensive knowledge of operating systems, client/server technology, ERP systems, Integration, Cloud, Middleware technologies, and applications.

• Proficient in SQL Plus with the ability to delve deeply into Merchandise Operations data.

• Basic understanding of the Customer Support function, preferably within Supply Chain Execution/3PL.
