📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for scientific operations deliverables, leveraging expertise to tackle complex challenges.

• Conduct advanced laboratory tests and analyses following SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

• Manage laboratory operations, encompassing sample processing, equipment upkeep, and quality control protocols.

• Work collaboratively with clinical research teams to assist in study design and implement laboratory methods that align with project objectives.

• Analyze and validate test outcomes, offering technical expertise and resolving laboratory issues as they arise.

• Provide training and mentorship to junior laboratory personnel.

• Engage in the development and execution of laboratory protocols.

• Support audits and inspections by furnishing documentation and demonstrating compliance with laboratory standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent scientific field or laboratory science.

• Significant experience in a clinical laboratory environment, with a robust understanding of laboratory operations and quality assurance practices.

• Demonstrated capability to conduct intricate laboratory tests and analyses, with specialization in certain areas of medical technology.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the precision and dependability of laboratory results.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate successfully within cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and electronic medical records (EMR).

• Dedication to upholding high standards of safety, quality, and ethical practices in laboratory operations.
