Senior Medical Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate plans and strategies to promote pharmaceutical and medical products.

• Deliver customer service and relay information about pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals.

• Aid healthcare professionals in the proper usage of the company’s pharmaceutical and medical products.

• Gather and relay feedback on the clinical application of products and hospital requirements.

• Execute academic and promotional initiatives in a lawful and compliant manner.

• Engage with healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff, and organize as well as partake in academic exchange meetings and lectures.

• Communicate through internet platforms or conference calls.

• Implement promotional plans and strategies for pharmaceutical and medical products while adhering to budget constraints and relevant regulations.

• Foster two-way communication between the market and the company, enhancing the company’s and products’ brand image.

• Assist in bidding processes, pricing strategies, health insurance reimbursements, and related tasks.

• Execute promotional strategies in alignment with the company’s overall policies.

• Build and sustain business networks and customer relationships.

• Support the direct manager in collecting necessary promotional information.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.

• Minimum of two years of experience in the promotion of pharmaceutical or medical products.

• Basic proficiency in English communication.

• Strong business insight, a customer-centric approach, and a results-driven mindset.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.

• Proficient communication and negotiation skills.
