This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Responsible for the academic promotion of the company's products within the target region and achieving established work objectives.
• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals to facilitate ongoing and standardized exchanges of medical and product information.
• Complete various reports as mandated by the company.
• Gather market dynamics and product-related insights in accordance with the company's compliance guidelines.
• Strictly adhere to the company's Code of Ethical Conduct (OEC) policy and effectively implement the company's marketing strategies.
• Promptly report any adverse events related to company products identified during daily operations, and cooperate with PV for information collection if necessary.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies while embodying the company's values and principles of integrity and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in ophthalmology, biopharmaceuticals, or specialty drugs; experience in foreign enterprises is preferred.
• Excellent academic expertise and strong judgment skills.
• Good communication and language expression abilities.
• Passionate about the job, responsible, and capable of handling work pressure.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and resilience.
