This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Responsible for the academic promotion of the company's products within the target area, achieving established work objectives.
• Establish a regular academic communication channel with healthcare professionals to facilitate ongoing and standardized exchanges of medical and product information.
• Complete various reports as mandated by the company.
• Collect market dynamics and product-related insights in accordance with the company's compliance guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to the company's Ethical Conduct (OEC) policy and effectively implement the company's marketing strategy.
• Promptly report any adverse drug events related to the company's products encountered during daily work, and collaborate with Pharmacovigilance (PV) to gather necessary information when needed.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies, while embodying the company's values and principles of integrity and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in hematology oncology, biologics, or specialty drugs; experience in foreign-funded enterprises is preferred.
• Possess excellent academic expertise and strong judgment capabilities.
• Effective communication and language expression skills.
• Passionate about the job, responsible, and capable of handling work pressure.
• Demonstrate teamwork and a strong work ethic.
