This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Responsible for the academic promotion of the company's products within the designated area, achieving established work objectives.
• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals to conduct ongoing and standardized exchanges of medical and product information.
• Complete various reports as required by the company.
• Collect market trends and product-related insights in accordance with the company's compliance guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to the company's ethical conduct policy (OEC) and effectively implement the company's marketing plans.
• Promptly report any adverse drug events related to the company's products encountered in daily work, and assist in gathering necessary information for pharmacovigilance if needed.
• Comply with applicable laws, industry regulations, and company policies, embodying the company's values and principles of integrity and compliance in the workplace.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in hematology, biopharmaceuticals, or specialty drugs, with a preference for candidates with experience in foreign-invested enterprises.
• Possess excellent academic expertise and strong judgment capabilities.
• Demonstrate good communication and language expression skills.
• Passionate about the job, responsible, and able to handle work pressure.
