📋 Description

• Responsible for the academic promotion of company products within the target area, achieving established work objectives.

• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals to facilitate ongoing and standardized exchanges of medical and product information.

• Complete various reports as mandated by the company.

• Collect market trends and product-related insights in accordance with the company's compliance guidelines.

• Strictly adhere to the company's Ethical Business Conduct (OEC) policy and effectively implement the company's marketing plans.

• Promptly report any adverse drug events related to company products identified during daily work; cooperate with Pharmacovigilance (PV) to gather necessary information when required.

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations, industry standards, and company policy requirements, embodying the company’s values and principles of integrity and compliance in the workplace.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in ophthalmology, biopharmaceuticals, or specialty drugs; experience in foreign enterprises is preferred.

• Possess exceptional academic expertise and strong judgment abilities.

• Excellent communication and language skills.
