This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Oversee the academic promotion of the company's products within the target region and achieve established work objectives.

• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals to facilitate ongoing and standardized exchanges of medical and product information.

• Complete various reports as mandated by the company.

• Gather market dynamics and product-related insights in accordance with the company's compliance guidelines.

• Rigorously adhere to the company's Code of Ethical Conduct (OEC) policy and effectively implement the company's marketing plans.

• Promptly report any adverse drug events related to the company's products identified during daily operations, and cooperate with PV to collect necessary information when required.

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies while embodying the company's values and principles of integrity and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in ophthalmology, biopharmaceuticals, or specialty drugs, with preference given to candidates with a background in foreign enterprises.

• Possess excellent academic expertise and strong judgment skills.

• Demonstrate effective communication and language expression abilities.

• Have a passion for the role, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle work pressure.

• Exhibit teamwork and a strong work ethic.

• Abide by applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
