Senior Medical Information Associate

📋 Description

• Address intricate medical information inquiries in English for healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders.

• Assist with translation efforts and manage medical information calls.

• Oversee a diverse array of medical information inquiries driven by business requirements.

• Record and report adverse events, product quality complaints, pregnancies, and unique situations in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company protocols.

• Accurately monitor inquiries in the medical information database.

• Conduct follow-up activities as necessary.

• Aid in the creation of FAQs, standard response letters, and literature-based replies.

• Serve as a Medical Information Project Lead when needed.

• Generate client reports and organize client meetings.

• Engage in 24/7 medical information support services as required.

• Contribute to process enhancements, inspection and audit readiness, project monitoring, and Medical Information Operations assistance.

• Uphold high-quality standards and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in life sciences or biomedical fields.

• Degree in healthcare-related disciplines such as chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, or nursing.

• Previous experience in Medical Information or Pharmacovigilance.

• Experience working in a call-center setting.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Preferred experience in customer service or call center roles.

• Comfortable handling inquiries via phone.

• Willingness to work US hours/shifts.

• Ability to provide out-of-hours support if necessary.

• Strong skills in time and issue management, delegation, organization, and multitasking.

• Excellent attention to detail.
