Senior Medical Information Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage intricate medical information inquiries in English.

• Deliver precise answers to healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders.

• Assist in translation tasks and oversee medical information call handling.

• Address a diverse array of inquiries based on business requirements.

• Record and report adverse events, product quality complaints, pregnancies, and special circumstances.

• Accurately track inquiries in the medical information database.

• Conduct follow-up activities as necessary.

• Aid in the creation of FAQs, standardized response letters, and literature-based replies.

• Serve as a Medical Information Project Lead when needed.

• Prepare client reports and facilitate client meetings.

• Engage in 24/7 medical information support services when necessary.

• Contribute to process enhancements, inspection and audit readiness, and project monitoring.

• Support Medical Information Operations while ensuring quality and regulatory adherence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in life sciences or biomedical fields.

• Degree in a healthcare-related discipline such as chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, or nursing.

• Previous experience in Medical Information or Pharmacovigilance.

• Experience in a call center environment is preferred.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Customer service or call center experience is advantageous.

• Comfortable handling inquiries via phone.

• Willingness to work US hours or shifts.

• Ability to provide out-of-hours service if necessary.

• Skills in time and issue management, delegation, organization, and multitasking.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to adhere to SOPs, regulations, and quality standards.
