Senior Medical Information Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Address intricate medical information inquiries in English for healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders.

• Assist with translation activities and the handling of medical information calls.

• Manage a diverse array of inquiries based on business requirements.

• Document and report adverse events, product quality complaints, pregnancies, and special situations in compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols.

• Monitor inquiries in the medical information database and conduct follow-up activities when necessary.

• Aid in the development of FAQs, standard response letters, and literature-based answers for complex inquiries.

• Serve as a Medical Information Project Lead as needed.

• Prepare reports for clients and facilitate meetings with them.

• Participate in 24/7 medical information support services as required.

• Contribute to process enhancements, inspection and audit preparedness, project tracking, and ongoing support for Medical Information Operations.

• Uphold high-quality standards and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in life sciences or biomedical fields.

• Degree in healthcare-related areas such as chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, or nursing.

• Previous experience in Medical Information or Pharmacovigilance.

• Experience in a call-center setting.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Customer service or call center experience is preferred.

• Comfortable handling inquiries via phone.

• Willingness to work US hours/shifts.

• Availability to provide out-of-hours service if necessary.

• Strong skills in time and issue management, delegation, organization, and multitasking.

• Excellent attention to detail.
