Senior Medicaid Provider Data Service Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +46 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist various segments of the Medicaid provider management team

• Emphasize assignment management, reporting, project coordination, and non-production tasks

• Facilitate and collaborate on Network Operations intake and triage processes

• Oversee provider data assignments

• Manage claim pend assignments

• Supervise work assignments

• Collaborate closely with the manager to ensure departmental production and turnaround times

• Retrieve information from provider systems to fulfill business reporting requirements

• Offer technical and/or functional leadership within the unit

⛳️ Requirements

• QNXT experience is essential

• Minimum of 3 years of experience and familiarity with Provider Data Services systems and other end-user applications

• Proficient in advanced Excel

• Capable of coordinating collaboration sessions

• Skilled in taking detailed notes and disseminating them to analysts

• General proficiency and knowledge in PowerPoint

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 3+ years in a relevant field

• Commitment to a 40-hour work week
