This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Utilize audience, competitive, channel, and media planning tools to address pivotal questions and provide recommendations regarding campaign timing, budget size, duration, and media mix.
• Spearhead the identification of media partners, platforms, programming, and network opportunities tailored to clients’ specific requirements.
• Enhance campaign effectiveness across OTT, Linear TV, Terrestrial Radio, Online Video, Social, Search, and Digital Audio.
• Examine demographic data and consumption trends to guide media recommendations.
• Analyze insights and data from tool suites to generate actionable full-funnel recommendations across brand awareness, consideration, and brand performance.
• Utilize offline media planning experience and agency case studies to inform benchmarks for reach, frequency, TRP/GRP, and impressions.
• Take ownership of the conception and delivery of innovative, targeted marketing solutions that drive business growth.
• Act as a primary client contact throughout the plan development and approval process.
• Collaborate across functions with investment and client strategy teams to ensure alignment of planning outputs with measurement capabilities and buying footprint.
• Work alongside Client Strategy & Analytics counterparts to integrate attribution, optimization, and planning inputs into cohesive campaigns aligned with client KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Planning lead as the agency liaison with external planning-tool partners.
• Assist in evaluating and developing a roadmap for Tinuiti’s planning-tool suite, including developing recommendations and justifications for modifications or enhancements.
• Over 5 years of experience in media buying, planning, and strategy, focusing on strategic and operational planning in the US national market.
• Proficiency in cross-channel planning, encompassing linear TV, streaming video/audio, and various digital media (such as search, social, and display).
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with planning and research platforms, including the Nielsen suite (Commspoint, Nielsen Media Impact, NPower, National TV View), Resonate, Comscore, and Kantar.
• Familiarity with companies and campaigns that have KPIs ranging from performance marketing to genuine brand awareness initiatives.
• Strong perspective on industry planning, insights, and competitive tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of both traditional and digital media landscapes.
• Capability to build relationships with clients and colleagues as a trusted advisor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in crafting narrative presentations.
• Willingness to travel for on-site meetings 1–2 times per month at most.
