This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of client objectives, target audiences, campaign goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in formulating integrated media recommendations and developing media plans.
• Create and maintain flowcharts, budgets, planning documents, and client presentations.
• Oversee the setup, trafficking, launch, maintenance, and quality assurance of campaigns.
• Coordinate the gathering of creative assets, tracking requirements, specifications, and timelines for launch.
• Track campaign delivery, pacing, budget adherence, and timelines.
• Resolve campaign-related issues and escalate more complex risks as needed.
• Optimize budgets, bids, audiences, placements, creative, frequency, and other campaign variables.
• Assist in developing structured testing plans, documenting hypotheses, changes, and their impact on performance.
• Extract, validate, organize, and analyze campaign data for reporting purposes.
• Compose performance narratives that link metrics to media and business objectives.
• Maintain dashboards, optimization logs, budget trackers, and other documentation.
• Contribute to attribution, incrementality, measurement testing, and post-campaign analysis.
• Aid in client communications, preparation of meeting materials, reports, presentations, and updates on campaigns.
• Collaborate with media, strategy, creative, analytics, organic, and various other agency teams.
• Coordinate campaign requirements, tracking information, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Share insights from campaigns and assist in aligning messaging, audiences, creative elements, landing pages, and measurement strategies.
• Facilitate onboarding and the development of junior team members and review the work of Coordinators when assigned.
• Develop proficiency across media platforms while staying updated on industry trends, privacy issues, automation, AI, and emerging media advancements.
• Engage in training, certifications, vendor education, and opportunities for professional growth.
• 1–3 years of experience in media, marketing, advertising, analytics, or a related discipline.
• Practical experience in supporting or managing paid media campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Working knowledge of integrated media planning, campaign execution, optimization, and reporting processes.
• Experience with at least one major paid media platform, along with a desire to broaden cross-channel expertise.
• Keen attention to detail and a proven track record of producing precise work.
• Capability to independently manage assigned tasks, timelines, and campaign obligations.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with campaign data, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Ability to discern trends and convert data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skill in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude toward problem-solving.
• Willingness to take initiative, pose thoughtful questions, and escalate concerns appropriately.
