This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create frameworks for prioritizing use cases through quantitative scoring models that assess business value, technical feasibility, and measurable customer impact.
• Establish journey governance frameworks, testing roadmaps, and maturity assessments.
• Design marketing analytics and KPI architectures that link campaign metrics to business outcomes.
• Develop frameworks for experimentation and performance narratives that support data-informed investment decisions.
• Utilize first-party data, behavioral signals, and CDP/CRM data for audience segmentation, defining lifecycle stages, and creating personalization frameworks.
• Transform performance data from platforms like Braze into actionable strategic insights.
• Oversee comprehensive journey mapping from discovery workshops to current-state and future-state maps.
• Identify personas, pivotal moments, channel touchpoints, and data signals to uncover experience gaps and prioritize improvements.
• Collaborate with technology vendors such as Braze, Segment, and Databricks.
• Facilitate sessions with Client Partners and Solution Architects to align martech investments with client objectives.
• Develop and present executive-ready business cases for martech investments, including ROI models, value realization roadmaps, and strategic narratives.
• Advise VP and C-level stakeholders, identifying opportunities for enhancing Stitch capabilities.
• Engage in QBRs and EBRs to sequence journey investments, technology enablers, and capability-building milestones.
• Contribute reusable frameworks, assessment tools, and workshop guides to Stitch’s internal methodology.
• Create or contribute to thought leadership through platforms such as LinkedIn, webinars, and Braze Events.
• Effectively manage time to achieve billable targets of over 36 hours per week.
• Be prepared to travel up to 20% for client meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to fellow Marketing Strategists.
• Strong knowledge of at least one analytics or BI platform—such as Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, or similar—along with experience in enterprise martech platforms like Braze or Segment.
• Capable of independently building analyses from dashboards, reports, and experimental results; able to make recommendations autonomously.
• Possesses a robust analytical background—comfortable handling large datasets, constructing performance models, and deriving strategies from data.
• Designs experimentation frameworks that are aligned with business outcomes rather than merely engagement metrics.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to distill complexity into engaging executive-level narratives.
• Specialized strategic experience in a domain relevant to Stitch's work, such as loyalty strategy, data strategy, or industry-specific strategies (QSR, Retail, Media & Communications, etc.).
• Proficient in translating data and complex strategic concepts into actionable business language.
• Skilled at building relationships with C-suite executives, project leaders, and technical teams.
• Capable of presenting recommendations with clear rationale and trade-offs.
• Confident in managing strategic scopes.
• Takes ownership of outcomes and demonstrates the ability to lead independently.
• Ability to mentor and provide constructive feedback to other Marketing Strategists.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in data-driven marketing strategy, CRM, martech consulting, or digital transformation roles.
• Proven track record in developing and presenting multi-year martech roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
• Experienced in facilitating executive discovery workshops, business prioritization sessions, and strategic planning engagements.
• Client-facing experience within an agency or consultancy is required.
• Experience with new platform implementations is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
