Senior Marketing Events Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan and execute comprehensive tabletop events independently from inception to conclusion.

• Take charge of event logistics, timelines, on-site coordination, post-event data management, booth materials, shipments, setup, and dismantling.

• Assist with larger tradeshows and corporate events, which includes venue sourcing and budget oversight.

• Ensure the quality of lead lists and update event-related websites and promotional materials.

• Maintain thorough project plans for multiple simultaneous events and communicate key milestones and deadlines.

• Oversee warehouse inventory of branded merchandise and event supplies, including restocking and shipping.

• Foster trusted relationships within the marketing team and the wider organization to facilitate seamless event execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of practical experience in tradeshows.

• Experience in the Federal/Public Sector is advantageous.

• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with an effective system for task and deadline management.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite, especially spreadsheets for tracking budgets, lead data, and inventory.

• Experience with Asana or other project management tools is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with lead retrieval tools and event registration systems is beneficial.

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot is a plus.

• Previous experience in cybersecurity, networking, or infrastructure technology is a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% to support events as required.
