Growth Event Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete logistics for the conference program, encompassing registration, booth arrangement, travel, shipping, and event materials.

• Facilitate communication between conference organizers, the sales team, Sales Operations, and finance departments.

• Equip sales representatives with agendas, briefings, and insights about attendees.

• Collaborate with Sales Operations to oversee attendee data and ensure accurate documentation of event activities in company systems.

• Monitor event outcomes and associated costs.

• Transform insights into a repeatable and scalable event playbook.

• Assist with in-person conferences and trade shows across the United States.

• Aid in linking event activities to the sales pipeline and revenue generation.

• Outstanding organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable with systems and data management.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, spreadsheets, or similar tools is advantageous.

• Enthusiasm for utilizing AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks.

• A proactive and collaborative team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work quickly, flexibly, and adapt to changing circumstances.

• Willingness to take initiative and ensure tasks are completed.

• 1 to 3+ years of professional experience in operations, event planning, sales operations, or a similar role that requires coordination.

• Experience in the software and healthcare industries is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to assist with conferences.

• Capability to establish processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Clear communication skills and follow-through on tasks.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
