This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies that align with growth marketing goals and enhance member experiences.
• Act as a subject matter expert in CRM, email marketing, data management, and marketing automation platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Technology teams to ensure alignment of campaign priorities and business objectives.
• Identify process or engagement issues and create scalable automation solutions.
• Build, test, launch, and optimize automated email campaigns and member journeys using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
• Execute trigger-based campaigns, nurture programs, lead engagement strategies, sales funnels, and member experiences.
• Design and modify HTML email templates and campaign assets.
• Implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improving conversion, engagement, and retention metrics.
• Create dashboards, reporting tools, and performance summaries.
• Maintain audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and the health of the contact database.
• Support CRM integrations, data quality initiatives, and enrichment programs.
• Build and sustain automated workflows, journey orchestration, and lead management processes.
• Ensure compliance with CASL, marketing consent requirements, and data governance standards.
• Troubleshoot challenges in marketing automation and enhance processes and efficiencies.
• Execute complex marketing automation projects from initial planning to implementation.
• Coordinate activities among stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, agencies, and vendors.
• Associate Degree or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or digital marketing.
• Advanced proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics and Customer Insights.
• Strong experience in designing and executing automated campaigns, nurture programs, and customer journey workflows.
• Proven ability to develop audience segmentation strategies and optimize campaigns through testing and analysis.
• Capability to integrate data from various sources, understand entity/table relationships, and apply segment logic within a CRM data platform.
• Proficiency in HTML email development, landing page management, and campaign deployment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools, dashboards, Google Analytics, and KPI measurement frameworks.
• Experience in managing marketing databases, data quality initiatives, and CRM integrations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of privacy, consent management, data governance, and email marketing regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners and lead projects without direct authority.
