Senior Marketing Automation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Develop programs and oversee systems that create a steady flow of inbound lead traffic

• Leverage Marketo or a marketing automation platform to enhance top-of-funnel activities

• Oversee Salesforce integration with marketing automation platforms

• Analyze program requirements and pinpoint opportunities for optimization

• Track progress on email marketing campaigns and initiatives

• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions and insights

• Oversee lead quality, lead scoring, and lead routing within Marketo

• Track key performance indicators and dashboards, raising alerts when intervention is necessary

• Evaluate ad hoc analytics project requests and identify suitable approaches and team members

• Guide marketing operations on data prerequisites for desired analyses

• Illustrate data findings in a manner that resonates with stakeholders and emphasizes implications

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the US without corporate sponsorship

• 3–5 years of experience with Marketo/MAP

• 2–3 years of experience with Salesforce

• Proficient in program and project management skills

• Experience in lead management, lead routing, and lifecycle management

• Strategic mindset regarding optimization and scalability in marketing technologies

• Experience managing large datasets while ensuring data health and quality

• Hands-on experience with dashboards and reporting

• Ability to create presentation slides for executive reviews

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed organization

• Self-driven and enthusiastic about marketing automation

• Collaborative team player

• Experience in lead nurturing and lead scoring is preferred and advantageous
